The Ten ELAN Principles…
Welcome to the Writing portion of the PattyMayeux.com blog. This is where I will post ELAN-related short posts to encourage, entertain or inspire you on Mondays. Some of it will be a reboot of the ELAN blog from a few years back where I shared best practices based on my ELAN courses. Elevating Life Attitudes Now is the official name, but we can all use a bit of ELAN in our lives, so let’s just call it that. According to my “friend” Miriam Webster, elan means energy, style and enthusiasm. YES! to all three!
Here are the TEN ELAN Principles that you will be hearing more about in weeks to come:
- 1.Honor a Higher Power
- 2. Respect Others
- 3. Love Yourself
- 4. Cast a Wide Net
- 5. Practice the Abundance Mentality
- 6. Make Things Happen
- 7.Observe Your World
- 8. Be a Good Steward of Your Resources
- 9. Watch Your Language
- 10. Be a Lifelong Learner
