Untethered…
We are moving across the state (it’s a big one). I’m up to the task of culling things to simplify the move, but the brain chatter of what to keep, toss or donate makes for sleepless nights. Harder still is the slow and sad process of saying goodbye to our friends, communities and activities that…

“Let that day be lost to us on which we did not dance once!” Friedrich Nietzsche, 1844-1900

Hang In There…
I love going to Zumba classes, even the super energetic ones where the best I can do is flail and stomp in the back corner, throwing ego to the wind when the rest of the class is going in the opposite direction. I hate going to Zumba class. Just like I love/hate walking a few…

“Begin to see yourself as a soul with a body rather than a body with a soul.” Wayne Dyer, 1940-2015
